At Séda Lingerie, your comfort and confidence matter to us. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping and designed with delicate materials and personal care. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges — please read carefully.
1. Hygiene Notice – Final Sale Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
We encourage you to refer to our size guide or contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose the perfect fit.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
If you believe your item has a quality issue or was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sedaintimates.com (Link) or via our Contact Page (Link), and include:

Once we review and approve your case, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions.
3. What Items Are Not Eligible for Return?
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
– Change of mind, size, or style preference
– Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
– Returns requested after the 7-day window
– Items returned without prior approval
All approved returns must be sent back unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
4. Refunds for Approved Returns
Once we receive and inspect the approved return:

If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error
5. Refunds for Promotional Orders
If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g., over €80), and a refund brings your total below that threshold, we reserve the right to deduct standard shipping costs from the refund amount — unless the return is due to a product defect.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory rotation and hygiene standards. If you wish to order another item, we recommend:
